PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY AND LEADERSHIP

My philosophy of ministry is understanding life and ministry as one in the same.  Jeremiah 3:15 says “Then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding.”  I believe God called me for such a time as this to love Him, love my wife, raise my children to know Jesus and to help them to become strong believers in Christ.  In addition, I believe that God wants me to shepherd his people by strengthening leaders, sharing the gospel and disciplining people toward a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
